Donna E. Meneley of Naples, Florida established A Moment In Time Photography in memory of her father, the late Burl Estep. He was an active photojournalist in Kentucky and West Virginia for over thirty years, where he loved being a part of people's lives and perfecting his skills as a photographer. Donna was inspired throughout her childhood, from training in the darkroom, to mastering new photographic techniques and equipment. She continues to be motivated by her father's memory, his love for photography, and ability to capture people during their finest moments.

Donna has been a full-time resident of Naples since August 1991. Donna believes in personalized service and accomodating the individualized requests of her clients. She works primarily on location, at the convenience of her clients.
